gen 6 didn't give us some kind of 3rd game or sequel which added things to X/Y or improved off of it in any way.
We were left bare when there is so much that could've been done to make an X2/Y2/Z game arguably the greatest pokemon game of all time.

Additionally it gave us the worst remake game in the series. I don't want to call OR/AS bad, but something is wrong when Emerald, the third version game from over a decade ago was a better game with more content.

6 looked pretty, this is all we can really say about it. Other than that the theme of gen 6 will always be "disappointment".

So much could've been done but wasn't and it's honestly far more depressing than enraging in any sense.
