GEN 6 wasn't a beta,though, GEN 6 is bad because they had to build-up the graphics.
GEN 7 is probably a beta or a moneygraber until GEN 8 comes out.
Switch was announced when GEN 7 launched.
Is pretty much another GEN 5 situation, but unlike GEN 5, GEN 7 was rushed and empty.
GEN 8 will probably be a big game,though.
