They could put 50 in their weak defense and 50 in their strong offense, registeel getting +30 in both defenses and +20 in offenses to keep it balanced. As for abilities, magic bounce on Regice, Solid rock clone that negates weaknesses on Regirock and regenerator on Registeel. Regigigas could get adaptability, gives it the push it needs to be uber without breaking it because normal is trash stab

Also, all Regis but gigas get recover.

Gains an ability called Super Filter that makes all attacks directed against it convert to Special damage to capitalize off of its monstrous SpD. Or just give it Slush Rush if you hate special unique abilities. I envision it wearing ice skates anyway.

New ability called Unearthly Armor. It decreases the power of all attacks used on it. Supereffective hits now do neutral damage, neutral attacks do 1/4 damage, if it take what would be 1/4 damage for whatever reason (Forest's curse and then hit by a Grass move I guess?) it does no damage instead. Or just give it Filter if you hate special unique abilities.
