Now that the dust has settled, what did we think of Gen 6?

The dust settled three years ago, idiot.

The games sucked apart from having the best online functions, beating even Gen 7, which is something you can only expect in Pokemon. XY were obviously rushed and would have been otherwise good, and ORAS were disappointingly uninspired compared to HGSS.

Love the region, the story, the music.
Pokémon were meh. Only good characters were Lysandre, Emma and AZ, in this order.
