Incineroar has a clearly humanoid body shape complete with opposable thumbs. It would look just as ridiculous running on all fours as a human would.

Typhlosion's body shape is clearly that of a quadrupedal mammal standing on its hind legs.

I got this old pokemon merchandise collectors book that was pre-gen 2. It was really badly made. Whilst most of the art is ripped from the source, some is hand drawn really badly (at the beginning and the end oddly enough). Clearly some sort of rush job.

Does anyone want to see some of it for a laugh. I took photos of the funniest ones.
