this is such an awful composition. its angled so that the player is dominant over groudon which is totally ass backwards considering meeting a legendary is supposed to be an emotionally overwhelming experience (in context to the story). this makes groudon look small and weak and like any other pokemon. i dont understand what they were thinking, this is a failure of visual storytelling. bad game.

Was Groudon really that small?
Haven't played through OR since launch so I don't remember

No, it's huge. The overworld scaling is awful. There are like properly animated 3D cutscenes where you get to see the actual size and proportions.
