With no stats above 100 aside from spdef this mon falls short in every regard. It has a lackluster movepool and honestly it's free setup still gets walled by so many common mons.

It's hilarious how the gimmick behind this thing is the fact that it isn't nearly as popular as Pikachu and that's why it's all sad and wants to mimic him, making it a kind of anti-Pikaclone mon but still looks like one and yet, somehow, it managed to be just as obnoxiously popular.

its stab lets it hit everything for neutral bar pyroar so the shallow movepool doesnt matter much also the ability makes it able to stop sweeps
