Here's an advice. Practice a sport and do a no-fap. This will increase your levels of testoterone.

Well I'm not a big fan of sports and I don't enjoy going to the gym but I used to go and play basketball and swam almost every day at the swimming pool in my town before I went to college.
Well I guess this thread derailed a lot so there's no harm in asking. There's this girl at school that honestly has acted towards me like no girl ever has before. How should I explain it...hmm well we talk mostly her starting the discussion (I scream in my head at myself thinking that the hell can we talk about) but that's not it she...grabbed my elbow like you know when a couple walks around. My biggest problem the amount of time we interact which is only once a week. I didn't ask for her Facebook since I didn't know how to bring up the discussion and kinda only asking for her would feel awkward towards her other classmates. I don't know if she has a bf either.
