I just managed to get all the ribbons I'd been after save for the super battle tree on my favorite mon. I swear the grind is tedious. Battle Royal was surprisingly easy to get the master rank though with an AOE Snorlax, Landoras-T and Aya to finish off with Hyper voice.

If you're talking about contest or battle ribbons, I got all those from Ruby and Alpha sapphire respectively. They bunch them up into memory ribbons when you transfer gens.

You may have many ribbons, but I don't think you know what it is to have a bro for so long in your games. Some ribbonbros may disagree with me, but I think the ribbons are there as a proof of all the time and ordeals you spent with your bros, not just because they look pretty or give you status or stuff like that.
Shitty pic related is my 10 year old bro. He may not have egg moves or the coveted Defog so many desire in it, but I love it to bits (also has a good nature which I'm glad I resetted for back in the day).
