Volcarona isn't even unbalanced. Even after a boost it's not that great. You don't need rock moves to get rid of it, you just need something that resists Fire and has a strong physical move.

A >100 base speed scarf user will also help, as will something with Aqua Jet. Also, if you see it on team preview you can set up rocks.

You just need to git gud. If Volcarona can sweep your team, it's your team that's the problem.
