I use this site called 4chan, and the Pokemon board there. It's quite a strange place as nobody has usernames because there is no registration, I tried to use the name field to distinguish myself but I kept on getting hateful replies. There appears to be no moderation whatsoever either. You can be called hurtful things by bigots in any thread and no matter what Pokémon you like people will always insult you for it.

Legit use an app called Poke Info. Don't need wifi to search up moves, abilities, a shit ton of dex info, type chart, specific route encounters and specific trainer teams for each game, EV/IV stat calculator, catch rate calculator, nature info, and a team builder.

The guy that made it constantly updates it (It had all gen 7 info in about 2-3 weeks) and it's completely free. I honest to god recommend this
