Ok. I'm going for a Grass/Electric carnivorous plant. It's name is Ohmnomnom (unless anyone can think of a better one). The general gist is that it is generally stationary but as soon as weaker pokemon get within its range is snaps it jaws and captures its prey paralyzingly them with a large electrical shock before it eats it.
With an almost exclusively unique type, it's able to do thing not many others can do. With weaknesses only to Fire, Ice and Poison, it's has a pretty good defensive typing.
I'm thinking of a BST of around 505.

Ability is new ability called Spring-loaded, with allows its STAB attack power to increase 30% if it was previously attacked during the turn. (Very similar to Analytic)
Hidden ability is Strong Jaw
Signature move is a physical electric version of Shell Trap but only 130 bp in exchange for a 30% paralysis chance.
Other notable moves include
-leaf blade, power whip, vine whip, thunder fang, poison fang, crunch
-thunderwave and spore access, gastric acid, and both electric and grassy terrain as support options. Leech seed for recovery.
-gets fire and ice fang through move tutors or breeding.

To start with there's Buddle (portmanteau of "buddy" and "puddle"), the friendly raindrop puddle. It has two formes, one of which, the puddle forme, is active while it's raining, while the raindrop forme is active when it is not.
