A really tough one to pick. There's a few I really liked, but deciding on one is hard.

I think I'll just pick Nebby, or Solgaleo. I always get attached to my own Pokemon, but Nebby was the first Pokemon I liked without even using. I loved Nebby. I don't think I've ever been happier seeing a Pokemon evolve, and as soon as I got the chance to, I put him in my team. As a Pokemon, Solgaleo has pretty great design, and is strong, being a Legendary. There's really not much to dislike.

Also Komala as I'm Australian and it's always great to see more Australian-based animals.

I like Solgaleo and Lunala, but I hated the one that was introduced early on as Lillie's Nebby. Nebby just went around to cause trouble to itself and worrying those who want to protect it. I traded nebby away and kept the one you get post game

Incineroar out of the few I've actually used, but Kommo-o, Crabominable, and Araquanid are up there. Toucannon was absolutely fantastic in game though, took it all the way in my Nuzlocke.
