No, this is wrong. Very rarely is a Pokémon game actually good. We exalt whichever ones we think deserve to be put on a pedestal; all of the others deserve all of the hate they're given. The only question is if we all agree which ones deserve the pedestal. Most people on here narrow it down to Emerald, Platinum, HG/SS, and Black 2/White 2. Several others crop up that say GSC, FRLG, BW1, or SM.

So I believe it is completely safe to disregard any of the games not on that list. Red, Blue, Yellow, Ruby, Sapphire, Diamond, Pearl, X, Y. They're consistently considered bad games because they're actually bad games.
