It's a fan-made evolution for Litten, the original is Incineroar, it's now bipedal. Incineroar's design was very fine and well done, but some of these furfags associated by adding Penises and shit. I'm not a member of the Furry Community but I like Pokemon.

Brionne bridges the gap between Popplio and Primarina quite well though.

It gets frillier and lighter in skin color with each evolution (Popplio is dark blue, Brionne is light blue, Primarina is white).

I dunno, Torracat is a pretty good transitional phase. According to the entries on the website, Torracat draws power from its emotions, and what gives it joy is being a complete dipshit to others. So it goes ahead and tries its hardest to stand up, and even does punching attacks during combat, all so it could become bipedal pseudo fire/fighting type and drink in all of the quadfag tears for maximum gains. It's a wonderful concept IMO.

My only complaint is that Torracat was a step towards realism from Litten's chibi ass, then it becomes cartoony looking again with Incineroar. Could have done that better.
