Alola's champ music feels like a real tournament, where both participants fought for their dreams with their pokemon

Hoenn and Sinnoh feel like more like a difficult boss song. Memorable though

I'd say Fire Red has the best champion theme . Its the most tense version and out of all the themes it feels like theres the most on the line.

I have a soft spot for Iris' theme but I feel like it and all the others that come after it are too cheery. Like it sounds more like its there to signalling your coming victory and the triumphant end to your journey rather than making it feel like it could go either way. It doesn't help that the champions aren't very threatening either.

Anyways. My top 3 themes are Cynthia and then Steven and Iris. I like them. They fit the characters. I like Red/Lance's theme. Just don't really feel it.

Iris's theme is controversial, but looking back, it actually really fits. It provides a great ending the 2D era. And the last huzzah before fairy nation attacked. Special shout of to Blue's theme. However with him, I only really like the origins remix of it.
