Probably keep it, no one is willing to trade anything that's bank-only for it and there are normal, breedable pokemon that have similar trade value. Maybe you'll find something good and they want a Buzzwole, so you'll have a crappy one to trade.

I honestly don't know what I'd even trade it for. Between all my games, I have pretty much every pokemon catchable (VC Blue, Platinum, Pearl, HG&SS, BW1&2, Y, OR and Sun) and anything that isn't a legendary is easily obtainable in GTS
