Drowzee isn't very exciting. But it's a psychic type that learns psychic moves, it works just fine. It's too bad that poison gas isn't very useful. That's the only unique thing I can think of that it has.

You have to grind it to level 10 to get tackle, which sucks, but Sleep Powder/Leech Seed works wonders in game. Lets you beat stuff way above your level.
