If you're still here I've no idea if these have been reported yet, I don't see them in the OP but here's some glitches:
When you catch a pokemon and level up with experience to a level where you learn a new move when you leave the move screen the caught pokemon appears on the field when it should be in the ball off screen.
When you go on and off the bike when in Parax Town/Route 10 the Spooky Scary Skeleton theme goes away and goes back to the normal theme. The lift in Animango department store also has the shop music from the base Firered game.
It's also possible to catch the Ghosts in Burial Tower before you clear the event which allows you to see the Ghosts properly. When I caught one it was just a regularly encountered Hanginy which is renamed to Ghost. It didn't seem to break the game. I remember there being a sprite to replace the Ghost with a Spooky Scary Skeleton in one of the older threads last year too.
Wild Charagon can hold an item called Unused and has the same sprite as Metal Coat and it seems to be related to the Metal Coat/Katana problem, this might be fixed though.

go to the 2nd city, that's where the wonder trade is accessed, and you can only do one before the gym, after you beat the gym you can do many as you want but between each WT you need to wait 120 minutes (just hold the speed button and it will count down faster)

I'm having a bit of an issue. The /vp/ card and intro cinematic play, but when it tries to go to title screen, it locks on black and I have to kill my emu.

I'm using My Boy! on my phone if that matters.

i had that same issue, what worked for me, load a new game up (don't save), once it sets you in the overworld just reset and continue your game. This is what fixed it for me, anon
