this is a legitimately hard question.

GSC Whitney's outfit is too plain. Like I know that's the joke but her entire palette, including her body, is pink and white with a tiny yellow accent on her chest and solid black socks. Her shirt blends into her shorts which makes her figure look kind of uninteresting to look at. Decent, but boring.

HGSS Whitney is almost exactly the same design but with more colors. Big yellow buttons and yellow hair ornaments, black undershirt, and most importantly, it adds blue to the palette with her shorts and adding stripes to break up the dark accent on her socks. It's She also has a pink wristband to help break up the monotony of her fair skin blending in with her white wardrobe. Objectively better in every way.
