Honestly just give Ice one or two resistances that isn't Ice itself, and/or make Hail a parallel to Sandstorm so it buffs an Ice type's Defense by 50%.

At least it's one of the best of the worst, with its roles in PU. Z-Rain Dance is probably gonna give it another strong option as a fast sweeper with STAB Hurricane and Scald's rain combination that can defog when it has done its duty.

Outside of needing a bigger boost in the abysmal stats, I wish they would change Magma Armor to be something really fucking good. As of now, freeze immunity is a joke, especially on a fire type. Not to mention only two pokemon have the ability so its not like making it something overly good would reek havoc.

I dont know what you could make it however. Immunity to physical contact moves? It would be evil as hell but given Magcargo's weakness's and things like earthquake and stone edge being non contact, might at least slightly help carve a niche.

Wormadam and Bellossom both got Quiver Dance in Sun/Moon, Wormadam's being an Evolution move. Neither really apply to the Japanese name and in Wormadam's case not even the anatomy. Lumineon, who has a far bigger connection to butterflies should naturally be able to if Wormadam can.
If Bellossom can get it, then surely other Pokemon renowned for Dancing can do so as well?

It isn't required for either of these things to actually happen - but cherrypicking what is allowed to have it isn't any good.
