What? No. Prim is the Kirlia that had sex with the human and evolved to a Gardevoir, and is Gallade's daughter. The darker-shaded Gardevoir is an illusion of Prim's mother, who left Gallade a while ago. The illusion, created by Gothitelle, gained sentience at some point, and has set up events to try and drive the human away so Prim can be with Gallade forever.

Basically the moral of the story is don't give your Tulpas any power or else shit gets weird fast.
