Crits are completely retconned out of the game in Gen 8 How

No more clutch crit kills in game sounds like a bad idea

battle armor is now totally pointless

They would obviously change how it works. They would also have to change moves that have higher crit chance and a few items.

Pros: Unskilled comebacks and win conditions are reduced. Make misses/flinches/para do reduced damage instead of skipping a full turn and all of it is eradicated.
Cons: Stall becomes even more forgiving and everyone if forced to have 1 unaware wall+one phaser so prevent Bulk Up and Calm Mind sweeps.
