I need suggestions for EV spreading my vaporeon. Timid nature. HP/SpA and speed maybe? I want a bulkish special sweeper with substitute, ice beam, surf and help me with a good 4th move. Thanks in Advance!

Well honesty Vaporeon is pretty slow so the speed investment should be minimal. Definitely max out spatk and the rest in HP. I can't say how much speed to invest if any but it depends on what you want to outspeed.

For the last love there isn't much you can do other than Shadow ball/Signal beam/Toxic.
As for EV's Even if you invest all in speed you can't outspeed things like invested Lucario and Garchomp so I'd go full HP.

What HP is it?
If you're timid you might as well be optimal and run 252 SpA/252 Spe with the other 4 in Def or SpD.
