There's no point in being OU anyway, its been stale for 2 generations straight. As someone who routinely made it to 1800+ this generation I've given up on OU, its always the same shit every time and every "new" tactic is immediately struck down by "The OU Council" because its seen as overcentralizing.

UU/RU is where its at, more variety of stuff available to battle against and interesting memepicks that make the game much more fluid in terms of diversity. Of course stall seems to be more prevalent here based on my experience but thats another story

No because all of it's stats are still below par and has no particular strengths to work with.

Arceus was good because 120 in any stat is considered pretty good - having them in all stats is godly.

On the other hand, having 95 in a stat is meh. 95 across all stats is horrible. Not even OU worthy.

Plus it doesn't get the damage boost from its memories like Arceus with its plates.

What Silvally needs is:

Additionally it could get a signature z move or a mega evolution, of course.
