it looks like the helmetless groudon was just a result of an older version of the viewer not rendering some parts correctly

The models are in fbx format but the animations are in some other format that I couldn't get to match with the character. It kept importing the animations as multiple skeletal meshes. Idk. Would def like advice on how to do so if anyone else has been more successful.

So why does Groudon's helmet and spikes studs stay in place when the rest of it moves? I know in cases like Pheromosa and Conkeldur they have peripheral parts to their design that are rigged separately but the head and spikes being separate is kind of odd to me
