Primarina still has so much potential if anything, Imagine if this thing got Moonlight or Recover. I've seen top of the ladder players in UU use a rest/sleep talk set with defensive EVs and NOTHING could even touch Primarina, while it could burn and deal damage to anything. Imagine if it got Boomburst.
It's already a really good Pokémon, but oh man I can't wait to see what happens with move tutors.
