It's incredibly badly distributed, lacking bulk and speed with not enough strength to make up for it. 95 is a bad speed tier, and it was so even back in gen 4. 75/67/85 bulk is trash plain and simple, and while 123 attack is good, the typing it has paired with its useless ability means even a strong hit wont matter since the only good move it gets for its type is lacking in BP and will harm it too.

UnSTABbed Leech Life, while admittedly a form of recovery, is not what I'd call reliable which is really what I meant when I said "recovery". The damage you deal and thus heal depends heavily on the target and with Bug's shit coverage you will often be sucking up peanuts.
