look at decidueye's eyes.

Since mythical pokémon have this wonderful fairy like scheme thing goin' on, they almost always add being bipedal in somewhere so it becomes a harmonious bipedal fairy. Arceus, Shaymin, and Kelsey are the ONLY 3 mythicals out of 11 that aren't bipedal anywhere.
