You can ride your bike in Prof. Stump's Aide's house on Route 7. Also the Chezetta you get from Hansen in wondertrade is male when it's supposed to be female according to the docs.

Xse is a script editor. You mostly need hex editors for changing the pointers of things like the song table or if you want to create new attacks without replacing old ones.
You can use freespacefinder to search for new pointers for scripts, start at 0x800000. Hex editing is absolutely necessary if you want to add more songs than in the original songtable or create new effects for attacks. (like +6 SPA for example) I recommend HxD, is good.

I'd like to bring up a big problem.

Whenever I use fly with some of my pokemon (in this case Vandash and Wheygle) moves that shouldn't be able to hit them are able to. I've been hit by moves that shouldn't hit them in that state, such as Rapid Spin, Charm, and other moves.

I don't know if there is supposed to be an event at the very back of the Blacksmith Manor (or whatever the fuck the name is), but nothing triggers on entering the room of people, standing in the empty tile in the back, and talking to the guy on the box completely freezes the game.

(One more thing. One of the stairways that you should be able to walk over in the Futaba Ruins won't let the player pass. You can get to it from the 2nd island entrance, and you have to use surf to reach the ladder down. If you jump over the ledge to go across the water and use the ladder, you won't be able to leave without an escape rope.)
