Triage gives healing moves +3 priority, so it should go before Protect, right? But when my Wishiwashi used Protect, it went first, meaning Comfey couldn't use Floral Healing on him. Why? They're both +3 priority; shouldn't the faster one go first at that point?

Because if it gets brought down to Solo form, it doesn't go back to School form until the end of the turn, meaning that even if I heal it, that Solo Wishiwashi's gonna have shit defenses and he's gonna die quickly.

Baneful Bunker, Detect, Endure, King's Shield, Magic Coat, Protect, Spiky Shield, Snatch have priority +4.
Triage increases priority +3 so there you have it.
