There's like a half dozen of them who spam a totally imaginary ship. I only pointed out one in particular who is obviously doing it to shitpost, but there are others who unironically believe what they post. Say what you will about Amourfags and their autism, at least their ship wasn't pulled out of their asses like so many others. They have some licence to post about it because it's actually part of the show.
Acting like Ash-Lillie is on the same level as Ash-Serena and then shouting "fuck off Amourfag" at anyone who tells them they're wrong is why people hate Ash-Lillie shippers. Worse than any Amour autism I've seen on this board, and I've seen a whole lot of it.

I'll be blunt. It's pretty shit.
Everyone except Hau is out of character, conversations are rushed and unrealistic. Show more interaction between characters rather than just saying "they talked". It might take extra time, but quality should more important than getting a chapter out early.
Lillie's entire character development has been discarded and her personality is changed to just that she loves Sun. The last you see her, she was always smiling and had absolute faith in Sun, but in your fanfic she has no confidence in herself and is always either just embarrassed or thinking about how she wants to fuck Sun. She hasn't even asked about Nebby yet. Like, what the fuck.
A few things especially pissed me off. For one, Mallow's character. You don't need to make someone an asshole out of nowhere just to have some sort of relationship struggle to overcome. There are many other ways to go about it. Even a simple misunderstanding shit, which I hate, is better than how you went about it. Then a few things that sound important but are completely forgotten, like Nebby and Gladion, for example. Lillie will at least want to meet them. Even if you don't want to show it, a single line saying they met is enough. There are also a million missed opportunities. Things you could've added, but just didn't. There was so much that you could've done with the of them being home alone, sharing a bedroom setting, but almost nothing happened. This is another thing that bothered me. Nothing happens most of the time. They encounter something or say something to each other, but it ultimately leads to nothing. They're the same as ever, acting like it never happened.

Yes, I get it. It's just a fanfiction. It doesn't have to have the best quality possible. Take this post however you will. Ignore it as just some autist sperging out, or take the criticism to try and improve.
It's still not the worst I've seen though. There's that, at least.

Hard to pick one. I read a lot of fanfics. Just of this pairing alone, I read a Japanese fanfic recently where Lillie goes Yandere and kidnaps Sun and confines him in a place where she'll look after him forever like he's a doll or something. Setting aside, it was a dialogue heavy story, but the dialogue itself was shit. It also made zero sense.

Lillie wanted to murder Sun every time he even thought about escaping, and Sun himself, while thinking about how he loves Lillie, never says it out loud and starts trying to run away. Then he takes a shit for some reason, but he can't leave the room so has to do it in a box. And is confined to a bed again without even washing himself. Then Lillie realizes she almost killed Sun when he said he wanted to go home, and feels bad. Then Lillie mixes something in Sun's drink to make him horny and they fuck, and Sun tells Lillie he loves her so she doesn't need to confine him. They live happily ever after.

Add in at least a dozen scenes where Lillie brings Sun something to eat or drink, which he replies was good. Like, literally a dozen of these. Also add in a couple of scene of people looking for Sun since he hasn't come home, but then they just stop looking all of sudden because "He'll come back eventually". And Lillie took all of Sun's Pokemon and put them in her room, including Nebby, and they're also not allowed to leave because that will make people realize Sun is in trouble. Not the fact that he is missing, that's okay. If he's just missing, he'll come back.

It was painful to read. But I for some fucking reason, I read it any way. I can give any amount of examples like this. Because I read shit fanfics a lot.

Take the part about them sharing a bedroom. There were so many more eventful things that could've been done with it. At least use the setting and have Lillie do just about anything with Sun. For some examples, just not being able to sleep and end up talking all night, which leads to them being tired the next day, Lillie showing her Pokemon that accidentally put them both to sleep or damage something in the room, or for a more extreme example, one of the beds "accidentally" becoming unusable. Use the setting in some way, at least.

I called it a missed opportunity because the setting added nothing. Especially on Sun's part. He just goes to sleep. They talked a bit, but that conversation could've taken place anywhere. Being in Sun's bedroom added nothing to it. In fact, it seemed like you were intentionally avoiding a few things, because they'd be cliche, like Sun walking in without knocking. Cliche is still better than nothing.

Lillie got into some situations, but they were completely unrelated to Sun, other than the dairy which, for some reason, she hasn't even read even after a few days, so it might as well have not happened. There were a lot of small events like this that overall added nothing to the story. The dairy, Sun walking in, Sun almost finding out about the dairy, Lillie leaving the milk for Sun, forgetting her clothes etc. It was to the point that at times, it felt like they weren't even living together. All the things they do affected only themselves, and the other one doesn't even notice anything out of ordinary.

Small details are nice, but when almost nothing happens yet we get so many small things, it feels disappointing to read. Each time any of these came up, I looked forward to seeing what will happen with this, but in the end, nothing happened. I get that you're trying to keep it unpredictable or something like that, but you're just getting the viewers' hopes up, only to disappoint them in process.

Not the same anon, but the S&M anime is utter shit so far. They turned Lillie into a comic relief autist, and most of the other characters are pretty much irrelevant. Don't waste your time on it unless you really have a burning curiosity about it. Even the folks in /padt/ dislike it.

It's a shame because I want Lillie to be an interesting character like she was in the games, but instead she's the butt of jokes.

Still, anime has never had any depth. No one expects it. I don't watch it, but if I were to, I won't be looking for big character development or a compelling story. I'd watch it because it's cute and it makes the Pokemon world feel alive. Just judging from the clips I've seen, it is pretty cute. The art style makes Lillie and others look especially cute. Ash still looks horrible, but no one cares about him.

Yeah, that's the only real reason to watch it at this point. It's objectively shit by any measure, but I still watch some episodes because I like seeing how they portray various game characters and mons. XY anime did a decent enough job of it, which helped pad X&Y and OR/AS's sales.

The problem with S&M anime is, it's just boring, even for a show where expectations are so low. Not much Pokemon battling, so hey let's have Ash do milk deliveries and pancake races and laundry and trips to the mall instead. Not much plot or sense of direction either. And then it goes overboard with gag humor (Lillie sperging anytime a Pokemon unexpectedly touched her, Togedemaru trying to molest Pikachu at totally random moments, Team Rocket being carried off by a Bewear with superpowers).

The series' only good aspects are the girls are kinda cute and Team Rocket being at their best in years. Everything else about it sucks so far, including the way Lillie's character has been handled. I want to like her, I really do, but I just can't as of yet.

Confession, I'm not actually a Lilliefag, I just wish the series was a bit better, and one of the ways they can do that is by giving Lillie better treatment than she's got so far. I mean come on writers, the S&M games gave you a framework that we know works and you can at least partially adapt it...but no, let's just make her a cute sperg. I guess that's all well and good by itself, but it a great disservice to her game character.

Not the anon and I don't think it's as bad as he puts it, but nothing happening was a bit of a problem. It's good to know that you're saving some things for later, but next time, I recommend having some mini events in early chapters too or put some indication that things will pick up later. There's not much that suggested things will pick up later, and saving everything for later makes early chapters seem not as good in comparison.

Still, looking forward to it. I liked the latest chapter more than anything before, as it felt the most eventful one and it focused on Sun quite a bit too. Good luck and keep it up, anon.

By "mini events" I meant just cute or fun things to make it more interesting to read. Like the sunscreen ice cream ones from your last two chapters. Rotom was also pretty fun with his dialogue. As the other anon pointed out, there were times it felt like you just avoided those on purpose, like with Sun not commenting on swimsuit, or Lillie not even bringing it up later.

There's been more of these moments in your newer chapters, so that's nice. Still, I'd rather have you take your time and continue at your own pace than forcing a few moments like that even when you don't want to. Unless you like it yourself, don't put it in your story.
