Here's the following I'd like to see

Less Kanto Pokémon

Construction sites finished, especially by route 8

Gyms instead of trials

Ride pager kept, but variations of Pokémon

Timeline jump to at least 3 years

More things to do while not on main story

Alolan forms to other generations

Ultra beasts and necrozoma tie into the story at least

Team skull and Aether foundation join together

Some sort of battle frontier by Poni island

And it's on the switch
