Trying not to go for stat changes because that's easy mode. A base stat reduction could put anything in OU, so I'm not going to include ubers that fall into this category. Also trying to go for as few changes as possible and get some use out of some lesser-seen Abilities in OU.

Aegislash: King's Shield no longer drops the foe's Attack if they touch it
Arceus: Type changes to Normal/Plate type; Plates can be knocked off and secondary typing is lost if it happens; Extreme Speed has 70 accuracy
Blaziken: Change Speed Boost to Competitive
Darkrai: Remove Nasty Plot and Focus Blast
Deoxys (all formes): Remove Hyper Beam and Stealth Rock, change type to Normal. Change Defense Forme's stats to 50/80/170/80/170/50. Not sure how to fix Speed Forme without changing its Ability to Klutz. Probably the hardest one to balance since you have to account for all formes.
Genesect: Change Download to Steelworker
Mega Gengar: Change Shadow Tag to Wonder Skin
Landorus: Change Sheer Force to Harvest
Mega Lucario: Change Adaptability to Aura Break
Mega Salamence: Remove Dragon Dance
Shaymin Sky: Change Air Slash's power to 65, accuracy to 100, and flinch rate to 20%, change Seed Flare's accuracy to 90 and SpDef drop rate to 10%
Complete Zygarde: Remove Rest
