Both Glaceon and Magcargo are not okay though.
Op set the standard for "okay" with Blastoise (Mega I hope) so Primarina, Tentacruel and Nidoking are fine. The other ones in the thread are quite a bit below them, though.

I'd say it fits the okay bill

Just a quick reminder. If you're judging by power alone, anything UU is not "just okay". It's great. There are only about 100 or so Pokemon that get to be in UU or above, meaning as soon as a Pokemon gets there, it's already better than "okay".
