As someone who actually liked ORAS (even if it wasnt a perfect remake), I look forward to DP remakes.

I liked DP a lot, but not enough to care anything about revisiting the region.

After ORAS disappointing in the remakes department and SM disappointing in the next gen department, I'm honestly not excited for them. It just makes me think it'll suck the soul out of DP, which were some of my favorite installments. Although Platinum is best.

No. Diamond and Pearl were dogshit, they had a terribly designed region, a boring and slow soundtrack, a terrible story, terrible characters terrible legendaries, terrible gym leaders, terrible selection of Pokemon, WAY too much slowness (and no, Platinum did not fix this, surfing was only a small part of it), a terrible interface, and overall was just a bad fucking expierience. Gen 4 would easily be the worst generation if it wasnt for how well they did remaking Gold and Silver.
