Lost so many coins on M-Aggron only to fail, didn't place well in Gardevoir comp, failed Volcanion 100 a few times despite going in with reddits recommended team... I received closure today, and now I'll post a definitive ending so people know how it goes with GS and Pokemon Support.

Pokemon Support told me 3DS Shuffle is "handled by Nintendo". Nintendo said they had no insight onto what that meant, and obviously can't restore my fucking Pokemon Shuffle account, lol.

Guys, how do I play this game the right way?
I feel like I'm not clearing enough main stages trying each week to catch the Pokemon in the special stages and/or grinding for PSB.
I'm currently in stage 330 but only with 200 S Ranks.
Should I focus on the main stages? S ranking? Competitions and EB? help pls

Always prioritize competitions. EBs just do however much you sanity can manage and only if you have like 50k or so coins so you can eat a couple items for the boss stages. I only did up to 200 on Volcanion as an example, I've been at like 500 for at least two months now because of all the shit they keep throwing at us and I have no coins to do them in. Eventually S ranks become pointless thanks to everything Electrode onward not being that great, and it's incredibly difficult to keep up with both EBs and story while also having money at hand. Personally I have no idea how people manage to fit Ampharos/Snorlax runs in at all, I barely gain like 12k a day from Meowth and by the time I'm actually free the next EB or competition has started for me to waste more money so I need to grind for it again.

I have 44k with M-Tyranitar, Kyurem, Zekrom and Armaldo

How do I reach 100k? I don't have fully RML'd Emolga, Tyrantrum, Articuno, Electivire, etc.

all you need is homebrew access on 3ds. if you are on 11.2 all you need is like a specific sound file on your sd that you play with the 3ds sound manager (soundhax google) which will start homebrew. from there you can extract your savefile and edit it via pc before re-injecting it. Having 12k a day per meowth is pretty solid. And probably like the most of us (not normies) get here. After a while events will slow down once they repeat and thats where you can progress on main stages.

Anyone willing to recommend a Survival mode team. I still need to beat it for my first time, mainly due to how long it takes, I kinda want to start gaining EXP Boosters to level up low level mons/others quicker. (Highest stage I've reached is 31).

I have 4 Pokemon with SL3 Risk-Taker (Machamp Lv14, Slaking Lv8, Landorus (Therian) Lv Max and Volcanion Lv6). Everything else is at SL1. I Also don't have Hoopa (Unbound) as Im currently on stage 434 for main game. I did try Mega-Bee, Machamp, Landorus and Reshiram (SL3 Lv Max btw) but got unlucky and ended up losing on stage 19.

I have all Megas up until Mega-TTar, All Pokemon from Special Stages as well.

This is mainly for getting Boosters to give to my team Im using for the Mega-Shiny Fug Comp.

Water-type Flash Mob teams are more consistent, you should go for guaranteed 1k hits on 4-matches and decent chances for 1k on 3-matches, instead of going for a lucky 3k hit in risk taker's 4-match that won't even activate when you need the most.

M-Shinydos, Wailord, SS Keldeo. Last slot is filler with a lot of options (Greninja, SS Manaphy, Suicune and Volcanion are the best options). You don't even need RML on those mons, and SL5 isn't pretty much required (still the more the merrier, since they boost activation rate; SL3 has worse rates than Risk-Taker) - Keldeo was farmable, shame on you if you didn't go at least SL3 on him while you could.

The competition is such a fucking shitshow. My best itemless run was one where I played like crap, only mega-evolved Ttar when I had 4 turns left but still ended up with 45k. The very first itemless run was pretty much the same, but with a board reset after the gazillion blocks disruption and a laughable final score of 9k.

Score after the first item run is around 75k now, with still enough time and money for maybe four or five runs.

My lv20 risk taker 5 mawile is amazing. Most fairy stages we got so far have a low amount of hp but very nasty block disruptions. So getting a high risk taker off fucks them up pretty badly

Azumarill is also great. But its only useful against dragons and maybe fighting types. also dark types, but there we got machamp already.

emolga is only useful against water types and proved to be pretty good in this EB. also it only needs 5rml and can be main stage grinded.
but on the other side angry pikachu will fuck it completely over

- also the 2nd half rng disruptions are plentyfull so its easy to get combos (unlike other combs we had)

Use M-Aerodactyl and don't bother with the disruption delay, since the disruptions will be giving you more fuel to feed M-Aerodactyl. With atk+ you'll be doing close to 2K dommage alone every time you activate it and it removes 10 blocks

God, Survival Mode is suffering, I feel like my brain is being rolled out by a rolling pin. The worst part is that every move counts, so I can't just mindlessly tap wherever while watching a show like I can when grinding Ampharos/Snorlax. I'm starting the week of with 319 coins after beating stage 500 of Volc.

I've never been in a worse position. The RMLs literally aren't worth it anymore, because we don't even get time to train up Pokemon.

My team for Shiny Mega-Fug Comp is Mega-TTar, Armaldo, Zekrom and either Angry-Chu, Emolga, Kyurem or Articuno. I've seen some people use Articuno and thought maybe its worth a shot.

I could give Armaldo 2 Level Ups to make him level 10 and then Put the 4 (or 3 if I decide against one of them) Im debating over into Victini while giving Angry-Chu 1 RML and Articuno 2 RML (Angry-Chu is about half way to level 9 and SL3 and Articuno is level 10 SL3), then if Im using Emolga (Level 6, close to level 7), give it a SBM so its level 3 or not if I go for Kyurem (Level 7 SL1, prob rise it to SL2 using SBMs) and then go for a few attempts and then decide which team I'll go for on my final attempts when I do an item run. I will pick one of them for my last team member for the Comp. I do want to get top tier but will be fine with 2nd or 3rd tier either ways.

Any other suggestions?

I'm not hyped for tomorrow's update. I just pray it won't be shit.

This morning I finished it with 33 turns left and that made me wonder if we are going to get an update for survival mode, it would be cool a survival with 100 levels and mega fug as the final boss.

Holy fucking shit. That's it, no more full items runs on this competition, I'll take my tier 4 prizes and be happy with that. It's the same as tier 2 normal prizes anyway. Team was TTar lv10, Kyurem lv15, Electivire lv15 (SL4) and Armaldo lv10. Got 82k on my first items run, making me probably safe for tier 4. Tried a second items run, which I don't usually do, since I figured I had some coins to burn and maybe I'd get lucky and bump up to tier 3. Nope. Full items. Scored 23k. Twenty-fucking-three. Well, I'm just using the numbers I saw yesterday but you must remember that usually there's a pretty decent number of last minute entries due to people grinding coins/pokémon for the competition to max level.

Also some do it to strategic reasons. If people don't feel pressure they don't feel the need to do better runs, so if you do it at the last minute you take their spot and there's nothing they can do about it.

From what I remember of the last time Uxie was here, M-Scizor was the best mega to use, and you want to bring Uxie to the stage once you've caught it since even though it's NVE, Uxie makes Uxie disruptions and can Mind Zap itself, which is really important on a stage with such punishing disruptions. The nice thing is, the more you level up its skill, the more often it'll Mind Zap itself, making it easier to increase its skill.

Don't worry about its level. What you really want is put them to sleep, since you do more damage when the foe is asleep. Give it a try, and bring Zoroark to Mesprit's stage, it really made a difference for me today. You can always raise their skills to Lv2 or 3 if you have some cookies.

Okay, since Darkrai is mostly there for it's ability, what's a good damage dealer?
I've got most everything up to Vivillon, and a decent amount of events since October.

Yveltal would be great, you might want to try and catch it, then SS it and bring it to SL2 with some cookies.

Otherwise, I'd say M-Gengar and optimize. Don't sweat it too much, though.
