I understand that you need some Raticates for the Tyranitars of the world to look impressive. I understand that some Pokemon are designed for early game. But some Pokemon just make me wonder why Gamefreak dropped the ball- Pokemon that despite either being rare, only acquired/evolved lategame, bearing an intimidating design, just dont have the stats they deserve.
Here, we fix those mistakes, by mega or direct buff, rate other people's attempts, and fall into depression at the fact that these will never be real.
Tropius
Was: Grass/Flying
Now: Grass/Ground with Levitate

105/40/105/125/105/40

Movepool Additions: Flamethrower, Earth Power
Now he's at least good in-game, has a less cringeworthy defensive typing, and has some offensive potential.

There's a reason why pokemon that can learn the elemental punches can never learn the punch their weak to.

Tropius is one of my favorites design wise. I totally thought they would give him a mega in oras, but alas my hopes were crushed.

You'd think a flying banana tree dinosaur would be better...
Anyway, they really gotta give Tropius a buff in basically almost everything
