I played for the first time last night since the launch of gen 2. All of my stable gyms were taken out so I went out to reclaim them.

This thing has already become blissey: the game, and it's confirmed my suspicions that pretty much everyone else I'm playing against is spoofing. I've been playing very activity since launch until pretty recently and I haven't seen a single chansey, not once during the entire valentines day event. Yet a week after gen 2 is dropped everyone not only has blissey, but powered up blisseys around 3k. I knocked 6 of them out of gyms last night, 3 of them were all stacked in one gym that someone actually tried to power up based on the gym level bar, only to give up at some point as it's impossible to power up a gym with blissey at the bottom of it.

Anyway, it took more time to take down the level 3 blissey gym than it takes me to take down a level 10 gym. And it took more supplies. I was hording potions for a long time, one night of taking blisseys out completely depleted everything I have. Not to mention that it was extremely boring, and I used to think that snorlax was bad, blissey is snorlax x3.

Be honest with me, are murkrows worth a damn? I have 5000 of them near me at any given time.

The gym system has conflicting issues. It shouldn't be extremely difficulty to take over but it shouldn't extreme easy to take over. If you make it too easy to take down, then there is no point of building up a gym to level 10. If you make it too hard to take down, then gym stagnation occurs and hardcore groups can simply hold 10+ for a long period of time and lock people out.

The gym collecting system is heavily flawed, it doesn't reward a person for taking down a gym if someone else takes it down right after.
We have lazy players who don't want to spend the effort to take down a level 10 gym, but will happily steal the gym away from the player who worked to take down the level 10 gym. This is certainly not a behavior that anyone agrees is good.

The current system encourages spoofing and multi accounting in order to hold more than one gyms to collect coins. It is impossible for a player in a city to hold more than one gym for a even a short period of time while in other places people have no issues being able to hold up to 20 gyms.
Not to mention the CP system for GYM is a terrible system, it completely discourages placing majority of pokemon in Gyms and instead focuses on a handful of pokemon to place because of their High CP.

What we need to go is to get rid of the idea that players should be the ones holding the gyms. Instead we have a nonplayable character (NPC), a game ai hold the gym. Instead of holding gyms you can visit these gyms and fight the Gym character and the NPC trainers that are there and get rewards for fighting.

By fighting the gym you get rewards in terms of stardust and points for winning battles. The points can then be used to redeem for items.
When a player interactions with the Gym they can add themselves to a roster that put them into a sort of PVP list.

Actually I live in a village with only 4 pokestops. It just so happens that it only takes 3 hours to drive from the bottom to the top of my country. At a time I could barely hold 5 gyms and would find myself running out of pokeballs. That's when I got gud (without spoofing).

Is there any way I can spoof using coordinates on iOS? I've been using pokego++ for a while now but there's no way to input coordinates or "teleport" for lack of a better term. I want to be able to snipe Pokemon from coordinates but can't do it with that as far as I know

Explain. I haven't played in a while.

I got asthma and get kinda shitty being outside too long. I used Nox, but got banned. Been playing legit for awhile and am pretty proud of my pokemon, although Im aware with all the spoofers in my area, that i cant stand up to any fucking gyms and most pokemon I want dont spawn in my area ever.
Been just sticking to catching shitmon to level up and hatching eggs. Thought about spoofing to do that without having to worry about asthma issues but dont want to bother if Im just going to get banned again.
