I find them completely hideous and absolutely hate all the designs. I have no clue how the fuck they managed to make them so bad, but it's the one thing in pokemon that drives my autism up the wall.

They use the real colours and aren't oversaturated

My autism is very satisfied with them because the traces are sharp and beautiful.
Also: no shading stuff or too much details, which is great because I love minimalism.

I fucking love how slick they look. Before XY were announced I thought the next games would still be 2D in battle and with animated sprites looking similar to the dream world artworks.

I withheld my judgements on pokemon designs during XY, ORAS and SM's hypetrains until I saw what the pokemon looked like in-game and its Global Link art. I don't care for Sugi and Ohmori art for individual pokemon anymore.
