Ground one is a bit edgy, but the mummy motif is unique and interesting
The Bug type one is hard to do, and I think that this one is a good deliverance on the idea of turning eevee into a bug, but I think a bug eeveelution is better if eevee doesn't turn into a bug and instead commands bugs or something.
The flying one is bland
The dragon one is interesting with the obvious eastern influence it has in it design.
Fighting is 10/10
Steel is cool

Personally, instead of new eveelutions I'd prefer for them to each get a mega with a different second type. For example, Psychic/Rock Mega Espeon or Ice/Steel Mega Glaceon. Add in a new eveelution and a mega for it and you can get all 16 types.

do you not see the obvious difference between the fake and the official ones?

the official ones are so bland, it's essentially just an appropriate colour slapped on it and simple consistent details added. (which is also why they stick to "colorful" elemental types, rather than ones representing some ability or a kind of creature)
the fake ones are overdesigned and their details are so complex, they'd be more appropriate as mascot legendaries than eeveelutions.
