I run trick room, helping hand, synthesis, and floral healing with a mental herb. Bold 252 hp, 252 def, 4 sdef. I was running protect over synthesis for a period, but synthesis pays more dividends

I tried draining kiss aside t- room, floral healing, and helping hand, and mind you it was paired with a A- muk running acid spray in it's tech spot and it hardly had the affect just running synthesis and mental herb had. Better to just run it as team support. Aside from picking up sashes it doesn't do much (This is all vgc related of course)
