Anything that has OK offences and a decent speed tier. It's a Band and Specs without the drawbacks. Scyther would be great, Electabuzz might see use, Sneasel would probably wind up BL2. A lot of stuff would try it and be useful, but not great. Anything that ran Life Orb now has an objectively better option. Combusken and Frogadier would be significantly better.

Murkrow is pretty good. Higher attack stats and higher speed with poor defense.

as others have said, scyther is pretty good with this, it has a decent speed tier and can actually use hidden powers pretty well even uninvested with the boost from technician and the item.

Magneton hits hard too with with 120 Sp. Attack + Analytic

Porygon 2 is also a nightmare since it actually already has good bulk and this buffs its sp. attack higher (also has Analytic to hit like a nightmare) but it might still prefer regular Eviolite

Scyther could work, Type:Null too, Kadabra doesn't have Alakazam's speed tier, and Zam gets a free LO anyway, Porygon2's main trait is bulk, I'd say Pory-Z would still be better offensively
Sneasel could be okay since its speed tier isn't too bad but Band Weavile is kinda popular anyway
