If your Pokemon faints on route 1 instead of a Pokemon Centre you are transported next to Blaine in the Cinnabar Gym with no means of escaping and if you fight him and lose you are transported back next to him

Have a Loli SS Admin: Obersturmführer Erika. Head of the team's science division, she uses mostly Nazi-types; her ingame ace is a Metagross that knows Blitzkrieg.
Erika's superior and fellow Admin is one Sturmbannführer Stroheim, who continually screams the praises of German science from the rooftops, but can't understand why he's continually surrounded by little girls-- his team is Eurobeat-focused

Story idea: instead of getting Mecha Hitler immediately after Hitler offs himself, you get him after defeating the SS in the postgame area, where Erika's unit has retreated to a secret laboratory to attempt to resurrect the Führer-- the Mecha Hitler is her ace and final Pokemon, which you capture after the battle. She becomes a Nazi-type move tutor afterwards.
