It's actually something I did earlier today and wanted a little feedback from the other drawfriends. Yes, I'm well aware my style is very much like a Lavender Towne, as she gave me really good ideas for shading and I liked her exaggerated eyes. I never said I was good at drawing, al I want is to improve. Doing basic headshapes and finding symmetry errors is my main goal with this style, since they usually pop up really clearly.

Either that, or turn the outlines you want to colour into a Multiply layer above where you want to colour.

Select the areas you want to colour with the Wand on the lineart layer, then fill that area on the layer below it so it stays crisp. You can make the coloured area bigger without drawing by going Select>Modify>Expand and select 1 or 2 px so it goes under the lineart. Happy colouring!
