Help imporve my team, im 2300 rank but it's a struggle to beat decks with superior EXs

Magmortar is moderate risk super high reward, if you aren't playing a rush strategy or anything I'd tend to use it and a couple double chances at least.

If you have a legendary birb that's charged, a Shuppet, and are playing against someone who plays defensively, you get triple surrounds fairly often.

You get material from the boosters in the shop and I think booster tickets that you can occasionally win give material too. Its 50 material for every figure so a quad pack gives 200.
I'd maybe by one quad pack now as you might pull something useful for but save the rest in case sextuple packs come back and you can guarantee yourself an EX. You're better off testing your luck with the timed boosters you get from league match wins and the daily locked booster than wasting gems. Rainbow boosters are basically a quad pack without the material. The gym event that recently ended was basically another way to earn free figures with wins too.
Also poliwhirl is pretty good, the ability description is wrong, your opponents plate shifts clockwise not poliwhirls.

I havent found ralts useful enough, and its purple doesnt displace so it can only evolve from its 30 damage attack

the imprison effect is really dependent on who you're fighting

when I tried it out it would ocassionally imprison attacks I would preferred the enemy to land on (I forget which mons it was) so it basically fixed their spins for them

You could try Wobbuffet as your goalie - sure, it's not terribly proactive, and that can be a problem; however, Giratina's 1MP doesn't let it be very proactive either. Otherwise, try Slaking.

I don't have one and I wouldn't evolve him into xatu, since its the fact that he has no white slices that make him useful. Natu doesn't care about power, his gimmick is being a color vs color pokemon. So he can be bery useful in a lot of situations and can make certain pokemon think twice about attacking him.

So I started a duel, opponent spun to go first, but nothing is happening after that. Opponent has priority but isn't doing anything and his time is running down either. I saw the opponent is connecting message for a couple of seconds then back to nothing happening at all. Restarted the app and resumed the duel but still nothing happening at all.

I'd say Oddish is balanced fine, but while it does learn Round, it doesn't exactly fit Oddish's theme like it does with Sylveon or Wigglytuff. Gold moves are usually priority moves, if I'm not mistaken, so Magical Leaf should probably be a white attack with an asterisk to point out that it has a Water Shuriken effect. Vileplume and Gloom are relatively well balanced and Bellossom's Petal Dance is flavourful.
