But I can't nickname it Vic Viper because that makes everybody think of Gradius, and Vikavolt is based on that

I mean something like Close Combat or Superpower, to make use of his huge Attack, It's obvious that they gave medium to low bp moves to limit it, but they could also gave one of the ones I suggested who also have some drawbacks but really high bp to make use of it's stat. Leaf Blade only have +1 crit chance and the STAB, not really high and doesn't hit many targets when the entire meta where Steel is always present along with some Dragons (some carry Flying as it's secondary typing). It hit harder with Sacred Sword, the only decent move.
