Fairy should replace Fire. Rock and Ground are good coverage types unlike Poison and Steel. A defensive fairy type is guaranteed to have more use than a defensive fire type. Dragon and Steel should also switch places. Dragon is more similar to Psychic, a mediocre type with great pokemon
