A friend of mine got me the Glaceon plush when he was in New York and I can assure you these ears are normal, they tip over unless you put it a certain way. If you really want the plush dont let it bother you...they look fine in person.

sylveon plushes especially have that problem because of the bow on the one ear making it even heavier
