kek, but you're not wrong. 130 speed is pretty fast, but it isn't as fast as it used to be. It's a big chunk of why mega gengar is so incredible, but shadow tag is the main factor that broke it. I could even live with infiltrator, since it has the whole slipping in and out of dimensions thing.

Remove it's mega stone from the game. It worked for Mawile and Blaziken
